RCMP Wedding at The Old Court House in London, ON

After months of planning and organizing their wedding from British Columbia, Kristin and Devin’s big day was finally here.

They always envisioned their wedding to be formal and elegant and with Devin being an RMCP officer, they chose the Old Court House in London, Ontario to turn their visions into reality, with the royal look and timeless elegance as the perfect backdrop to say “I do” in front of family and friends.

For flowers, they chose an elegant combination of peonies and red roses.  The cake! Well, since they had to travel from British Columbia, the wedding cake was made with love by a bridesmaid. A decision that only exposed the admiration they have for their friends. And if I dare say, this was one of the cutest cakes I have seen.

Kristin and Devin definitely have a relaxed demeanor, probably due to the time spent close to big mountains, and when the weather decided to throw them a bit of a curve ball, they didn’t flinch because of all the life events they had already shared over the years, this day was now at the top of the list.

Kristen chose another iconic building in London to get ready- The Armouries Delta Hotel. It was a relaxed and pampered morning.

In the meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen …

The first look! Ah, such a beautiful moment. Kristin’s most favourite moment of the day was the look on Devin’s face when he saw her for the first time in her dress.

As we were wrapping up the wedding party portraits, the heavens decided to open. Kristin didn’t flinch an eye, she posed like a queen at her castle, although behind us there was a curtain of rain.

A quick change of plans- due to the rain the ceremony was moved inside. It doesn’t matter where you say I do as long as the family and friends are there.

After the formal part was done, it was time for the festivities. And what a glorious party it was!

Now, just imagine….

… what we can do at your wedding…
